Status completed but payment not reflected in local bank account

I recieved payment in usd and status was marked as completed from payoneer on july 1 and it was supposed to go into local bank account but still not done (july 4). Any reasons?

    HI there- if you did not receive your withdrawal within the estimated time, it could be that invalid bank details were entered and this is something our team would need to verify with you. Kindly contact our support team directly so they can assist you with this procedure

    I think this is what happened:
    My bank branch got merged into another and hence ifsc changed. I have posted the ifsc of the previous bank branch which is now closed. Are the funds are transferred or did payoneer get it back. It says status completed. Please help. It's urgent. I am panicking.
