Why is it so tedious?

I’m really disappointed that the process to get your account approved is taking so long, it has been 3 weeks now, and its really so difficult to get any kind of response. Could you pls look into it my customer id is 32449800.
I feel this issue is a frequent complaint by everyone and needs to be addressed to enhance the user experience and promote Payoneer.
