Withdrawal - error processing this request

Has anyone had this happen and if so how long did it take to fix? I have no access to my money.

I've sent a ticket but the only options were 'how to' categories. Looks like live chat is closed right now. The app doesn't have withdraw functions and I've tried clearing the cache and using incognito.

    I go through the withdrawal process. Click the confirmation box. Click the final button to withdraw the message and the error pops up on the same screen with a red banner.

    Solved: I didn't know that you cannot withdraw online if your card is not active. Mine had expired and I didn't renew it as I don't use it. The CS person I spoke to said that once you have a card, the balance is automatically shifted to it and there is no way to reverse that. Oops!

    That is absolutely correct. Your card is a main payment method on your Payoneer account. This means, that you need an active and valid card in order to have access to all services.

    Yes, however you will still be able to withdraw your funds to the bank. It is up to you to choose whether to withdraw your earnings to your local bank or to withdraw them using your card.
