Withdrawal Returning

i have made a Withdrawal on 25th June 2019. Up until today i have been told by Customer Support that my withdrawal was successful and it will show in my bank within 2-3 days. Today i just checked my payoneer account and it was returned after 12 days. I don't know if the Customer Support is reliable or not but its the only way we can communicate our concerns.

I would like to know why my transaction (ID 124853826) was successful while every other transaction was not successful? I gave the same bank details as before, to payoneer.

Please, i need this sorted out as soon as possible.

Thank you

    Hi there,

In rare occasions, there is an issue with the processor that causes a withdrawal to be cancelled. We're not aware of the specific reason with the processor, but if the processor is having some kind of technical issue it can cause the delay and cancellation of payment. This is what happened to that particular withdrawal. It does not seem to be any issue of your doing, or of Payoneer's. It seems like a technical issue occurred with the processor that caused this transfer to be returned.

You should be able to transfer funds normally.

    Thanks!

@KazPayoneer should i keep requesting for withdrawal again until it becomes successful.

Also, can you please confirm whether your bank transfer department has my correspondent bank details?

Since it is required and should be included when transferring to my local bank.

Yes, please try again after you clear the cookies and cache.

Additionally, we generally use corresponding banks to bank transfers so this should not be an issue.

Thank you. I will try again. But i really need the funds to be successful. Is there anything you could do from your side to make the funds successful.

Generally speaking, the funds should transfer but like we mentioned- sometimes there are technical issues that can cause it to fail. We unfortunately have no control over said technical issues and advise to just re-initiate the transfer
