Ticket# LTK481071839310X

Hello!

No response on my support Ticket# LTK481071839310X from 02.04.2013
Now I try ask here..(Details like card and account numbers in my ticket.)

I received refund from PayPal to my expired (inactive) payoneer card. Funds already on this blocked card and now I have no solution in my account to transfer this funds to new active card.

How to transfer funds from blocked(expired) card to active(new) card?

    I see that you do have our US Payment Service and that when you spoke with Orin from our approval department a couple month ago you explained to him that you no longer need it.

     

    If you wish to open a US Payment Service account please respond to your emails from Ben with the requested information.

    Hi David,

    On this moment US account not needed. But it can be needed any time. Since this service is not free I have transferred this issue to Hold.

     

    But again, how about Ticket# LTK481071839310X ?!
