ORN incident happened + can't login

I have received an email notifying me about an ORN incident on 5 July. My payment is held as long as I provide my account full name and DOB. At first, I asked the team why I needed to provide the said info as I had already provided when I set the account up. No response. Then, I provided it five days ago and also haven't received any response from the team yet and I can't login to my account and ask the support team for help. What can I do now?
