Documents not verified after several weeks?

I submitted my photo ID and passport several weeks ago, and then again about 1 week ago and they are still not verified. It says it should take 3 business days, so I'm wondering what the problem is. Anyone else have this issue? I need my account verified as soon as possible to receive a payment.

    I'm having the same trouble with my bank account being verified. It said it would be 3 days, and then two weeks later they asked for more information. I gave more information and haven't heard back.

    I tried sending messages, but there's no way to contact payoneer, the contact us page goes to a FAQ (REALLY FRUSTRATING!). There are so many payment services I'm wondering why I'm using one that is so frustrating and so hard to contact!

    Hi Kaz, I would love to be able to contact someone but I can't find any contact information. It's really frustrating. Where are we supposed to go to find contact informtion? Cheers.
