IBAN for Barclays

Hi there,
In order to register my GBP account on Amazon KDP service, I need an IBAN code for Barclays, otherwise it won't work. I can't generate an IBAN code because the Sort Code Payoneer provides is different from the one on Barclays' website. I tried contacting the support directly, as directed in another thread, but no success. I really, really need help with this.
