The ATM didn't dispense the cash.

Hello team,
I've withdrawn $2k money from an ATM machine which belongs to (TEB - Turkish Economy Bank Location: ISTANBUL, TR, Merchant: KARTAL TOPSELVI Time:10/07/2019) via my Pioneer card.

But, although the ATM didn't dispense cash the amount ($2000 + $39.15 = $2039.15) due to the chip problem on the ATM machine, this money was reduced from my Payoneer account.

And I've reported this situation to Payoneer support immediately.

But, after one day, when I check my transactions list on Payoneer Account Page and this problemmatic withdrawal shows as "COMPLETED". I've been waiting for 8 days, but, still, that money didn't return to my account.

During this period of time, I've chatted 3 different Payoneer supports. And they said you should wait until July 18th. And today, the last person that I've talked from Payoneer said to me that: we have created a dispute on behalf of you. We will keep you informed of the dispute process.

And I've sent all the necessary information (the ATM error screenshot, Payoneer screenshot etc.) to person from Payoneer that I've talked with for several times.

How long does this process take in order to get my money back?

    The dispute process can be lengthy depending on the case, so we can't provide an accurate time frame until our disputes team has begun your dispute. We know at the moment the team has filed it for you, but they need to begin the dispute process in order to advise you next.
