Terrible problem solving skills!!!

My card is blocked since july 4th. I get noticed about that on july 7th and also there was a message that i need to verify my account by clicking on account verification button under settings tab, but there is not such section under my settings tab on my profile. I contacted with customer service on july 8th, after i waited 3!!!! hours to chat with someone and get some answers and resolve this problem. I sended screenshots from different browsers to prove that i dont have this tab and i cant use my card. Guy from customer service said that he will give this information to technical support and i will access my card within 3 days. Guess what? It is july 20th and still no response not from tehnical, not from customer service members, still it is impossible to get in touch with customer service, because there is no e mail listed in payoneer page, chat is reachable only through google not directly and, of course, today they are not working. wtf does this mean? my card is still blocked and i am waiting a payment next week.
