Bank account still reviewed?

Hi Payoneer team,

I created an account and added bank account info.

It's been 3 business days and the account is not yet approved. The bank info page says "

"Action required. We need additional information to approve this account. Check your e-mail."

However, I never received any such mail demanding action from my side.

Also, kindly close the 2nd bank account I added (tried to add) and process my account.
