Payment from a Client was declined

Recently my client made a payment to my Payoneer account, after 2 days of processing it was declined and the reason given was that
"It looks like you recently tried to make a payment to your own Payoneer account, using payment details belonging to one of your clients."

However, the client, who is a close relative of mine, was at my home at that time and I asked him a favor to send me the money on Payoneer instead, which he did through his own account details, but it was still declined.

Can someone help?

    We are sorry to hear about that, we understand that the payment was declined and this is really up to our payment approval team to approve or declined it. However, we recommend that you directly contact our support in order for a representative to verify your account. Please know that the payment team can only accept transfers made for business purposes.
