I Wanna Re-Enable my Account

On August 30, 2018, I got email from payoneer via Reference ID: 180813-007019 that My account has been disabled because I'm not providing them with complete Government Details as they were asking for passport few days before, now I have my passport and wanna re-enable my disabled account (Customer ID: 18356798), I'm trying to reach to help center as I've filed requests 2 times, they've asked me my name, my DOB, my address of previous shipment and then last 4 digits of account number, I've provided each n everything that they've asked via Reference Number: 190717-009279, then after sending them, they said to me that they will respond me in 3 business days, on 17 July 2019 I put reopen request, they ask me to wait for 3 business days, now 6 days have been passed till today and received no response, again i put the same request same each n everything, they again showed me same behavior, Even I'm trying to connect to live chat, they keep on putting me in mid or in last in cue and then I receive their message that SORRY FOR LONG DELAY TRY LATER.

I have my payoneer card which will expire on January 2020 and I have 3$ in my account. I just wanna re-enable my account, I have my passport and Govt Issued ID Card, can anybody tell me what is the next step? did everything everything got nothing but zero response even from call, even they're not getting replies via email.
