Global Payment Service Discontinued, "You currently don`t have any receiving accounts"

Hi, couple of days ago, I received a payment through Global Payment Service in USD receiving account from my company where I work remotely as Software Engineer, Payoneer asked for some required documents, I have provided what was relevant, although I wasn't able to provide some required verification because it was only relevant for as if I am a salesperson or selling my products as a market. I got an e-mail after that from Payoneer saying I have violated the terms and conditions, so my global payment service is discontinued. I don't know exactly what terms are violated and how, whenever I tried to contact with Payoneer I just got an automated reply which is not solving my problem.
