I did not receive funds to local bank after 9 days

I made a withdrawal request to my bank account on 16/7/2019 but haven't received my funds in my Local bank account.
I also made a complaint to the CS at payoneer 5 days ago and they said they will investigate my issue but still not received any update from payoneer staff.
