Lazy staff at Payoneer aren't working to solve my issue related to birth date change.

I made my payoneer account long back, and I actually put a random bithdate because I never thought id use payoneer. But now I'm in dire need of payoneer. And when I found out that I need to enter my birthdate to change my BANK account. I sent a support email to Payoneer. They said I need to send ID in order to do so, I did that. But later they again sent a email saying I need another govt ID. I did that. Now it's probably been 7-8 days they are not replying to Emails or are changing my birthdate. Payoneer should fire such staff members.
