I got money in my payoneer account but I’m not able to get this money cause it’s pending. I really need this money and I need some help

    Hi, there are various reasons why a payment can be pending.

    Please have a look at your "verified information" page on your account. If you have no requirements there, and still are unaware why the payment is pending, please let me know via private message.

    Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
    Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
    Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    Upload the required document
    Click "Submit"

    The idea behind payoneer is good but the service and the treatment we get is pathetic.

    I have tried to call customer care many times and they tell me we will get back to you in 24hours and no one does. The customer representative admitted to me that they are just a call center in india and they need to refer us to someone in the actual payoneer office.

    I have tried to email them speak to chat over 10 times and they keep telling the same lies. I think services like this need to be held accountable to their lies because as a business we make decisions and commitments based on the expectation of payment.

Here at Payoneer, our team is regularly reviewing accounts so that we can assure that we as a company are in compliance to the different regulations and laws that we're required to follow. This is the general reason for all accounts when they go into review.
    It is strongly recommended to provide the requested information as soon as possible so that the credit card payment will not be too late to capture as we can only hold it for a certain amount of time.
