How can I verify a supplier payment?

I requested a payout from 99design on 30th july. The payment status read that it would take 24-48 hours for the payment to be processed.

However, 1st August, I was asked to verify some more information, but i couldn't response to it. today 5th August I uploaded required documents, but the verification center still has a requirement reading "The following supplier payment(s) are waiting. We need a few more details and then your payment(s) will be on their way!" There's no way to respond to this message and there's no other requirements listed.

What more is required? Why is this message still appearing? Is my payment being processed or not? Will this become a regular problem with each payment?

    I have the same problem. Verification centre is asking me to provide supplier payment information but there is no option for the response. Please help out here!

    Hi, it is because you've already provided that. I suggest opening a live chat to get the payment approved.

    I am having the problem like other have about supplier payment even though i uploaded clear id pics still and i havnt got any email though do help me

    Sadly, the same thing is happening to me. My payment of over $4,000 from Ezoic is locked up with Payoneer despite the fact that I have submitted all documents and information they have asked from me. And saddest thing is that no one tells you anything. I have tried countless times to get in touch with Payoneer (including through their so called live chat) to no avail. It's so uncool what Payoneer is doing to its customers!
