Hello,
Since a few weeks I can't contact the Payoneer Support team using the Chat option, in fact that option doesn't appear anymore on my "Contact Payoneer" section, I can only see the options: "Send Message", "Community", "Call Us" and "Report Lost or Stolen Card" in both English and Spanish. Is there a reason for that?

Hi @kerlymoram, at the moment, the live chat feature is something that is not available to all of our users. It is generally available for those using their account very frequently to receive and send payments.
If you use the contact Payoneer form to send an email, you should have a response within 3 business days to your inquiry. If it is something urgent, I would recommend calling our support team for a faster response.
