How can I approve my account?

Hello
It has been 7 days since I opened my payoneer account. But the account is still currently under review. It is showing the following message "Your USD Balance is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days".
I also submitted my National ID card and Hand held ID one week before (Aug-1), under verification center. National ID status shows "approved" but hand held ID is still in "submitted" status. There is no more open requirements in the verification center.
I also check my email regularly but I didn't receive any email asking for any other documents or information.
On top of that, yesterday I sent a private message in your support center (REF #190807-000319) and it sent an automated message saying the review takes usually 3 days. But my account is under review for last 7 days. And so far I didn't receive any email, notification or personal message regarding approving my account.
At this point, I don't know what I need to do to approve my account. I have been waiting patiently but today is 8th day and my account status is still unchanged. I need this account to be approved as soon as possible because without this all of my transactions are on hold.
