Withdrawal to my local bank account not received after 10 days

Hi there,
I requested a withdrawal to my local bank on 31st of July 2019 and i got a confirmation on 1st of August 2019 but till now i have not received any fund in my local account.
This is my second time of withdrawing.
Please help, what could be wrong.
Spoke with one of the customer support and he assured me they will work on it.
I am yet to receive the money ooo
Really stranded now as i don't have any cash in my local account. Thanks

    Hi there @sseeyyii We are sorry to hear this. We do see that our team advised you that we are waiting for the funds to bounce back to your Payoneer Account so that we can re-initiate the payment to the correct bank details.
