Missing transaction

First time using this, made a mistake adding and EURO account to Facebook that pays in us dollars.

Those money usually are rejected and to Facebook will show as rejected. Payoneer says there is no transaction from Facebook. And Facebook says payment as been made. In this case i trust Facebook since i have a local bank and other banks that receive money in the same day. For payoneer Facebook is not paying.... I have all invoices and send them to payoneer. What happened? Nothing!
Support says no money, waste of time calling international phone numbers, waste of time using chat that never opens, waste of time using support email since they only reply with the same answer (no incoming)

What to do? Nothing! No one cares!

    Hi there @tpepa Thank you for raising this issue with us. We are sorry to hear of your frustration. Anytime a payment is made to one of the Global Payment Service details and it is in a different currency, it is automatically rejected as it is not supported. You cannot receive payments USD payments to your EURO payment service details and vise versa. When such a transfer is rejected, it automatically bounces back to its original source so we have no way to track it as it never entered our system. We advise you to wait 7-14 business days for the reversal to reflect back on your Facebook Account and if there is nothing yet, please communicate with Facebook for more information
