We have been requesting bank withdrawal from the available balance for more than 17 days and so far no one can solve the problem or inform what is happening. We have been working with Payoneer for several months and the bank account withdrawal process usually took less than 24 hours. This month we are requesting withdrawal and the balance is never transferred to the bank account. I have already opened 4 tickets with relevant information to solve the problem and the only thing they do is say that they are investigating and simply do not respond, just mark the ticket as "solved". This issue is seriously affecting our company. Our employees are not getting paid this month because of Payoneer bad customer service. We are deeply disappointed by Payoneer's lack of respect for customers. We need a solution for that as soon as possible. Ticket number is: 22804788

I hope someone can help here, since in Support Center they are ignoring the tickets.
