My USD Balance was disabled

Hi, My USD balance was disabled since 4 weeks ago. Each time I contact Payoneer support, I'm always told to keep waiting until the review on my account is completed. My question is, how do I contact the department in charge of Account Reviews in order to hasten the review process? Or what step can I take to get a quick response?

    I got the same problem. After some days I gotta go an email from them. I guess my account has been terminated.
