I received and activated eur Master card 4 days ago. I have 100 eur balance, but can't use card because balance on card is 0.00. Is there anything I could do to manualy load money from eur balance to the card?

    Thanks a lot. I submitted passport scan on 31. July 2019, but I haven't submitted Business profile. I hope that card will start working after I fill in that questionnaire.

    Hi there, I suggest you take a photo of the passport with a camera or a phone since our team is generally unable to accept scanned passports. You can submit it by clicking here.

    Hi, I'm having same issue, but I have already submitted the correct documentation, and it's aproved. But card's balance is still 0 USD (and I have more than 0 on account balance).
