My card is expired/blocked

Due to inactivity, my Payoneer Card has been deactivated and blocked. It also expired on 09/2018. How can I activate it and get a new card?

I've contacted Payoneer support center through message on 08/09/2019. But they didn't respond till now.

What can I do to get support?

    Hi there @pallob
    We can see that you have an old card account which we no longer issue. We advise you to contact our support team directly so they can verify your details and proceed in closing that account. Then, you will be able to reapply for a new account that has all of our new and updated features we now offer.

    I tried 2 times and sent message to the support team. But didn't get any replay from them.
    Now how can I contact your support team directly?
    Can I live chat with your support team?
    Please help.

    My reference number is 190809-011505
    I got email from payoneer customer care. She(Anna) advise me to re-apply for new Payoneer Account.
    And also tell not to use the same email address in my current account when apply for a new account.
    But she didn't give me any instruction for closing my current account.

    May I re-apply for new account without closing my current account?
    How can I close my current account?
    Please help.

    Hi, you can either reply to the reference number asking the team to close your account, or create a new one. The existing account, since you were advised to re-apply, would not have bearing on a new account when you start it.

    You could open a new account. If our team requests to close it, they will advise you
