Account locked and no support solution

Hello, I created my account with payoneer a few years ago and because I changed my job I stopped receiving payments for her, in that time I received the normal card and also the forst choice bank that I could never unlock, in recent months I have been trying to log in account but support said that she was associated with the first choice and it seems to have failed, I asked if I could reactivate the account or create a new one but so far I have not received an answer, and I have been asking for weeks, what can I do to be able to use the service normally in this situation?

    Hi, if you've had a First Choice account and you work in a different industry, you can create a new account. You wouldn't be able to receive payments on Payoneer in the adult industry, sadly.
