i haven't received payment in my bank after 2 weeks passed

Hello, Payoneer community,
As I am new here and I'm in some difficult situation my Payoneer account is approved and in working but recent two payments are not transferred to my bank as two weeks passed I contacted Payoneer support may times as I am not getting any clue how to solve this problem as I'm student and with this money I run all my expenses and support my family and this is very upset situation for me.
