I HAVE A PROBLEM - I don't know my Card Number.

Hello everyone,
I can't use my account perfectly because I didn't receive MY CARD till now there is an error in our local postal system I CAN'T FIND MY CARD NUMBER.
So what can I do?? Is there any suggestions to resend the card or request a new card in another postal system. Please help.

    Hi,

    An option that you can do is re-order the card and select "registered mail" in the card ordering settings. This will send a new card with a tracking number. You can also have our customer support team order you a card with DHL Express but this option would require a $40 fee for shipping.

    Hi, where can this be found: "registered mail" in the card ordering settings? There's no such option on my side, only currency, address, 3 accept checkboxes [ ] and button <Order>

    Hi @JakeG, registered mail is only an option available to specific areas. If it is available for you, you would not need to select it since it would be the default shipping method.
