Tried to withdraw from Fiverr to bank, instead got account blocked

Hi,

I opened my account on June 2nd and submitted smart id card. On 1st July 2019, I submitted a bank withdrawal request from Fiverr to my Payoneer account. It was canceled on 5th July. I realized that I haven't submitted the 'Global Payment Service Questionnaire'. So I submitted it with my Fiverr profile url. Than on 7th July I requested another bank withdrawal from Fiverr, but it got canceled again on 11th July. I contacted chat support twice, they're saying it's not their department and I have to wait.

On 12th July, I tried to access my account, now it says 'Account blocked. Contact us.'. I can't really understand what I've done to get my account blocked.

Can anyone please help me in this matter?
