Account verification problem

I've an account that was working fine for months.
Now I received a payment of $500 and Payonner asked me for verification.
I sent the required documents and the status is “submitted”.
It has been 2 days now without any response.
After 2 days Payonner declined my payment and didn’t want or care to verify my account so I can receive my money.

    I do apologize. It is important however to get the account verified so that there will be no payment issues. Were you able to upload all the documents?

    I have submitted my payoneer card for approval in 7 june, 2020 but it is not approved yet. One week passed but still it's in pending approval process.

    May i know why it's being delayed for approving my payoneer card to ship my address??

    Good day,

    I received a notification stating that my USD balance was blocked for security reasons due to inactivity.
    I am a freelancer and I have funding source linked to my account & will start receive payments from July 2020
    1- How can I Unblock it?
    2- Can I receive payments with this balance status?

    They removed 'Live Support' , so i am unable to communicate directly. Still my card is pending!!!!

    I have been having a similar issue. I have been trying to verify my account for over a month and every time the submitted documents have been rejected. The most recent of which said that my government issued ID had expired. I did not submit my passport so this is absolutely impossible and I am becoming very frustrated because it seems like no care is being taken to clear my account so that I can access my funds and I have tried to get in touch with various support and have been ignored.

    Hi there. Your USD card is expired since 2016. If you are going to receive payments, you can just order a new card. The payment will be pending until you activate the new card.

    You can also request to have a USD Balance instead of the card. You can receive payments on the balance, and the card will remain blocked. You can order a new card once you reach the minimum amount of valid payments.

    We recommend you to reach our Support Center for further assistance with that.

    Very bad service, I register account on 12 June 2020, and verify identity. There is no approval of account and Payoneer card approval. Awful service I never see.
