My payment was cancelled but not refunded back since last 22 days.

I requested a payment which was cancelled due to Payoneer policy. It was said to be sent back to where it came from within 8-10 business days. It has been 20 days since and I have not got the amount back.

I have tried reaching out to customer support through multiple tickets and the only help i am getting is auto generated emails. Can someone from payoneer help with this issue?

I tried calling too but phone is not connecting it cuts off automatically.

What is the status of my cancelled payment. I am incurring a daily interest on my payment.
