Why is my USD balance still being reviewed?

It has been more than a week since I opened an account with Payoneer and it still says the same thing. I have submitted the requirements already. I have confirmed this by checking the site's Verification Center and it says that I do not have any open requirements. The other tabs says that my business profile and ID are already in the "submitted" status. I took a screenshot but I don't think I'm able to attach it here. Anyway, it says that they were requested on Aug 19 and were only submitted on the 27th but I clearly remember submitting them earlier than that.

Another issue here is that I am trying to get my payee ID number so that I could link a freelance job I'm doing online to my Payoneer account but I couldn't seem to proceed with adding the site to my my Payoneer. This is very confusing to me because I've already received an e-mail saying that I can now receive payments from the site but it isn't actually listed in my Funding Sources yet. Nothing's listed there yet. I've followed all the steps from the site to have it added to my Payoneer but it won't work. I've been in constant contact with the support team from that site but it seems that the issue is with your site and not with theirs.

Why is this happening? I also would like to add onlinejobsph as a source but because I'm having problems like these right now I cannot proceed.

    Let me just add that the email I received saying that I can get payments from the freelance site was from you, Payoneer. So I don't understand what the problem is or why the site isn't showing as a Funding Source yet when you were the ones who confirmed that the link was already a success.

    Hi @panggz8 . I am sorry for the long wait you have had with account approval. Our system usually updates instantly when a document is provided, so it is most likely that the 27th was the date that your information was submitted. The good news is that once this is done, a message is sent to our approval team to notify them of the update.

    Now we are really just waiting for them to finish the review up and complete the application. Keep in mind that we are going into a holiday weekend, so this does tend to cause delays in processes like this as we are not fully staffed during these times.

    i have the same case. but account still not approved. don't know why. been around a week i submitted all documents.
