Mauvaise expérience avec Payoneer!!!😢😢😢 Depuis une semaine deux transactions de 500€ et de 100€ mais toujours en attente depuis. Désolé, j'allais utilisé un autre moyen de payements pour recevoir de payements provenant de mes clients et amis. Je regrette amèrement d'avoir essayer Payoneer. S'ils sont incapable de créditer ces petites sommes alors les grosses sommes seront en difficultés et ça sera plus pire. Je regrette et je vais déconseiller votre service a mes amis et sur les réseaux sociaux si je reçois pas mes payements.

    Hello, really since August 23, my payment is not on my account although I already respect all the procedures of verification of operations, I have already answered more than 5 times the verification questionnaires at the level of the verification center from my account and so far no follow-up for the receipt of my funds. really Payoneer has become something else. poor transfer service, I am bitterly sorry. I need the money currently right now. make sure the problem is fixed now I'm outdated

    Mr Morga! I answered the questions asked on 09/05 and so far nothing. I use other payment owners and I receive my money within 24 hours or at most 72 hours. But at Payoneer it's other things since 23/08 and it says verification and you only made things complicated. Return the money to customers now. thank you

    It was a big regret for me to use Payoneer. Return the money to the customer's IBAN address.

    @akango It is not a matter of not wanting to pay you- As a regulated US company and online service, Payoneer must comply with the rules and regulations imposed by the US government, MasterCard®, and our banks. In doing so, Payoneer account holders may be required to submit specific documentation that will assist us in ensuring the safety and security of all transactions done via Payoneer.
