Can't find my linked fiverr account on my payoneer funding source

Hi, I added my fiverr account with my payoneer account and it was confirmed by payoneer on Jul 6, 2019, 2:46 PM.

But recently when I tried to withdraw money from fiverr, it says "It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application.
Please contact our Customer Support department for more details. " in my payoneer account there are no funding source is showing. I don't know what problem is this but I really need help with this.

    Hi @Codename404. It sounds like your Payoneer account may still not be approved. This is causing Fiverr.com to send you through the registration prompt when you are trying to withdraw your funds. For this, I would suggest contacting our support team directly so they can check your account status. and provide some insight as to what you will need for it to be approved.     Hi, i tried too many times to send message in that way. but all the time an auto bot replys with such no info about solutions that i really don't need.

    And i don't understand why my account isn't approved yet. I uploaded my ID, and seems like it is varified already, because i can't see the varification request no more on my account.

    @MuhammadTahirZeeshan Please be advised that your account is still pending approval. The document you submitted for the bank account owners ID, is considered of insufficient quality. Please re submit a better more high quality picture of that ID. Thank you.
