Verify Supplier Payment - No Response from Customer Service

The question is very similar to the other posts, I cannot do anything to go through the Verify Supplier Payment procedure. Can you please confirm?

I tried to contact Customer Support but still no one replies. I need my account tonbe verified to receive the payment urgently!

    Hi there @nhatvinh1994 Our team sent you an email today advising that we need more information to proceed in reviewing your payments.
    Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
    Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
    Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    Upload the required document
    Click "Submit"
