    Hi the same problem here.

I've been waiting for 45 days!!
My money has been locked for about 2 months!
    And still seems as "Pending".

    What a shame !!!

    My incident number is: 190718-007661

Payoneer please solve this problem AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
I don't want to wait anymore.
    90 days are TOOOOO long!!!!

We do understand how serious and important it is to get your funds back. But the dispute process cannot be sped up before 90 days. The process has us in communication with our card processor, Mastercard, and the merchant. Each of these three entities perform their own investigation into the transaction. When the respective investigations end, we get the results in 90 days. It is not a Payoneer process - but a process that involves other moving parts.

    Thanks!
