Payment Pending

Hi,
Yesterday I withdraw 176 USD from Fiverr to my Payoneer account but the payment is still pending and I can not withdraw. I need that payment urgently kindly help me and solve this problem. It never happened before also i didn't receive any email which ask for any information Thank You

    Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
    Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
    Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    Upload the required document
    Click "Submit"

    Have you received the payment? Since it's urgent, I suggest you open a live chat with our team as they can get it approved during the chat. This would be quickest for you to get the payment approved.

    Not yet, i contact team in live chat and they asked that we will look into this matter and let you know via email but still no email and payment is also pending

    Hi,i have done all other things like uploading ID and updating address. But i am stuck on this option as it have no option to verify. I am not receiving payment because of this. Kindly please help me out

    If you are able now, please try going back to chat. It is possible that no one from the approvals team was available when you last went. Regardless, the approvals team should be aware of your issue now.

    well i didnt receieve my fund i earned , i submitted my all documents to verify my account ,and its been 3 days i didnt got it ,i dont know why ,its my first time in payoneer,and its my first payment, can anyone guide me what is going on there ? - clear

    @hamzafarooq535 We can see that more information was requested from you on 9/06 and that you provided it the next day which was a Saturday. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to review the information you submitted and update you via email if anything else is needed as well as on the status of your payment

    @saadshah The reason the payment is pending is because more information is needed from the receiver. For more information and further assistance, please have the receiver contact us directly
