URGENT: Cannot withdraw funds from Payoneer to local bank account

My bank account has been added to my account and approved, but when I go to the withdraw page it does not show up. I live in Vietnam and my Vietnamese address is on my account, but my bank is in the US. Could this be the problem? If so what can I do? My money is basically stuck if I cannot withdraw it to my bank...When I click on the account under the "Bank Accounts" page, it says "Available only for direct payments from a paying partner." What does this mean??

    Hi there @marcreichenberger We can see that you successfully withdrew your funds today. Please allow up to 24 hours for your withdrawal request to be approved- you will receive an email confirmation once it is done.

    Yes, I think I solved the issue by adding my bank account again. It was approved quite quickly and now my withdrawal is pending. I hope the pending process is not too long because I really need access to my funds as soon as possible!
