PAYONEER PASSPORT AND DORMITORY VERIFICATION

Recently, I opened new payoneer account and they prompted I should verify my Government ID which I did.. As I received money, they held the money and said i should verify the passport and Dormitory which I have done but they are still showing it with verification.. Please help me because I made that money from my Propellerads adverts

    Hi, how long ago did you submit this information for verification? I ask because it is currently taking our approvals team longer than usual to approve documents so the wait may be longer than expected.
