URGENT : Stuck with an expired card and a cancelled one

Hello,

I'm having troubles with my Payoneer prepraid cards.

On August of 2019, my old Payoneer Prepaid card expired, and I ordered a new one. I waited 3 weeks, and didn't receive it, so I ordered a second one.

However, a week later, I finally received the first one I ordered, there apparently was a delay in the delivery. So I activated it, and it automatically canceled the one I didn't receive yet.

The problem is, my US balance is still on my old expired card and didn't automatically transfer to my active one.

I contacted the support but it's been 10 days and I received no answer whatsoever. I can't access the live chat too.

Can you guys please help me ? Sorry if this is confusing.
