Can't add bank account

Hi, every time I try to add a bank account, the system always says that some details are incorrect even though I have placed in the right details.
I tried 3 different bank accounts (all Philippine banks) Security Bank, Metrobank and BDO. I was sure to put in the account number (not the card number) but after attempting several times, it still shows the same error and eventually, the system locks me out.
Not sure what I'm missing. Is there an issue with my verification? I already submitted a picture of my passport.
