Verification of a supplier payment not approved

I requested a payment on 6th September.

Then I got this email: This message is to confirm that we have received your request to make a payment to (email). After the payment is credited to the recipient’s account, you will receive an email confirmation.

However, today i.e. 7th September, my payment was not confirmed, I have also uploaded my national id card which is clear from both sides front and back.

Its really frustrating for me so can Payoneer can resolve this issue asap.

What more is required? Why is this message still appearing? Is my payment being processed or not? Will this become a regular problem with each payment?
