Verify a supplier payment

Hello. I was requested to provide some details for my payment to be processed. I have updated all the details and uploaded the required documents. However, I cannot proceed to "Verify a Supplier Payment." Here is the message I received.

"What is the Problem?
The following supplier payment(s) are waiting. We need a few more details and then your payment(s) will be on their way!"

Kindly help.

    Hi there @Murimi Our team requested more information on 9/08 to review your payment which we see you uploaded it back yesterday. Yesterday was a Sunday which is not a business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to review what you submitted and update you via email if anything else is needed as well as on the status of your payment.
