Send back money to sender?

I have a payment of U$ 200.00 under review since 29/08. I'm required to send some documents. If I remember correctly, I already sent my Passport and a bank statement, which should be enough. However, I'm asked to send a utility bill as well.
Because of special circumstances, I will not be able to provide a utility bill, either in my name or in the name of my landlord. There is abolutely no way around that.
So what is Payoneer going to do with my money? Just keep it? Send it back to the sender? In the case of the latter, I'm already in touch with the person who sent me the money, so that when he gets the money back we can use some other payment provider.

    Hi there,

    If you make it known to our team that you're unable to provide the documents they are asking for, the payment would be cancelled and reversed to the sender. We definitely never just "keep" payments in the system - that poses no benefit to anyone involved. So I definitely encourage you to let our team know that there's no way to provide these documents. There may even be an exception that can be made for you but in most cases the payment will be reversed.
