i want to merge my old account with new account but the payoneer support didn't response me well. support ask me (it was already handled from the relevant department for further investigation). i submitted the request 5th September but didn't get a any mail form payoneer. what can i do can any body hepl me regarding this issue.

    We can see that you already communicated though with our team yesterday and were advised that this is being handled as well as to allow 3-5 business days.

    190912-005270 here is a my ticket, when ever i contact with support representative he asked to me I set it on High Priority you can get mail with in a 24 hour but still did not get a mail or any response.
