Account Verification

Hey, I created my Payoneer account at the start of this month. I have submitted the required documents in the Verification Center. However, my documents have not been verified yet. I haven't received an email from Payoneer regarding this and I couldn't get into Live Chat because it would prompt with the Status canceled message.

My question is, how long does it take for the verification of documents? When will my account be verified? This is holding me back from receiving payments from my clients. A friend of mine suggested not to receive any payments until my account has been verified because you can't withdraw it and the money is stuck. So, can anyone please let me know when will I be through this? Customer ID 33478910.

    HI, verification is usually completed after you've received payments in the account. When you receive your first payments you should see everything verified.

    That's great to hear. Does it take a specific set of time after the payment has been made? Or will the verification process will be completely directly after I receive a payment?

    @KazPayoneer Can i recieve payment when i have submitted the ID card requirements and still not yet verified i have to recieve a payment...?

    @IrshadAhmad Once you receive your first payments, more information may be requested of you during the verification process. Once everything is approved, your account will be verified.

    @Hamza77 You still cannot receive payments because your account is pending approval. You can start receiving payments once your account is approved.

    My account have been pending payment for a week now and I can't find the verification center on my own account also my account is disabled and I can't do anything with it please i need help costumer care is not responding to me it's feels bad my money is just stuck
