How to tell

The team is asking me again and again for a utility bill, WHICH I CAN'T PROVIDE. If I reply to their email, it simply bounces back. Next day I get the same mail, asking for the same. How do I let them know that there is no point in asking me for a utility bill, because I can't (because of special circumstances) provide one.

I already supplied my passport, and a bank statement, so why they ask additionally for a utility bill is beyond me anyway.
