Need Help.... I have activated my new payoneer card but money still on expired card..

Hello Payoneer support team, Am Gunnel i have a problem with my payoneer card, i have activated my new payoneer card but the problem but the money is still on my expired card, please help me, how to move money from my expired card to the new activated card.. Thanks all..

    Hi there @gunnel
    The reason it has not loaded on your new card is because you ordered a EURO card, not a USD card
    You will need to re-order a card but make sure it is in USD currency

    I have the same problem, but when I ask "order a new card" it gives me the choice between EUR and GBP card and not a USD card. What is the solution?
