Is this the reason I'm not getting payments?

I'm an affiliate from one company and they said they sent a payment to my payoneer account but I did not receive any payment (they're for sure not scammer, I've received many payments from them. They just switched from paypal to payoneer).

So I'm not sure why didn't I receive it. I go to:
Setting -> Verification center -> History . (in the Required tab it says "No open requirements")
In the History tab my National ID is approved but Global payment status is "submitted"
It's in this submitted status for more than 4-5 months now.

I'm not sure if this is the reason I didn't receive the payment from this company?
I only need to give them my paynoeer email and they'll be able to send me the money?
My Customer ID is 16290049

    Hi there @nimdekvan We have not received any recent payments onto your account as of yet so we advise you to communicate directly with the paying company for more information on the status of the payment.
    We see the card linked to the account is expired and blocked. We can also see that you have an old card account which we no longer issue. We advise you to contact our support team directly so they can verify your details and proceed in closing that account. Then, you will be able to reapply for a new account that has all of our new and updated features we now offer.
